The entry process was easy and hassle-free. Staff were responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The hot tub was a highlight for the kids, they couldn't get enough of it.
The lack of window coverings made us feel exposed at night and took away our privacy. The broken stove was a major inconvenience and the lack of response from the staff was frustrating.

We especially loved the large dining area and tables, perfect for our big meals and games' nights. The location was excellent, allowing us to enjoy walks, snowshoeing, and easy access to the village. While our overall experience was positive, we did encounter a few issues. we had difficulty stabilizing the temperature in the house, with the lower floor being extremely cold.

The house was absolutely stunning, just like the photos showed. It had everything we needed for our Christmas stay. the spaciousness was a huge plus, allowing everyone to have their own space. the hot tub was a hit with the kids and provided a relaxing experience for the adults. the staff was prompt in answering our questions and providing us with necessary information. the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the house was commendable. We also appreciated the consistent internet connection, as well as the PS4 and video games that were provided.
The wifi occasionally chipped in and out, most likely due to the large number of people using it at once. It would have been nice to have more window coverings for privacy at night.
